Tales as Tall as the Sky is the story of three children, and begins as they are in their tree house at the end of the summer- complaining that they have nothing exciting to do. When one produces a book of American tall tales, they begin to explore the wild and adventurous stories of Pecos Bill, John Henry and Hurricane Hallie, bringing to vibrant life this exciting literary genre.
